Small tweaks, fixes, and additions

Tweaked a few things, fixing others along the way, as well as adding one new optional feature:

• Added a black outline to labels to make them readable on bright backgrounds;
• Fixed some settings in the interface not being reflected when first opening the app;
• Added a new steering wheel progress bar, off by default, can be enabled in settings.
• Now UI responds to window being resized. The layout of the overlay remains the same no matter the dimensions to preserve scaling of elements.
