Small tweaks and fixes

Added:

• Added color setting for shifter shaft fill and outline.
• Added setting to control the rest hand position of the right hand. Supported modes are Steering Wheel and Shifter.

Fixes:

• Fixing 'Cancel' button in button rebind alert box not working.
