First Gameplay patch

Includes the following changes:
- Adding CPU Clock currency - this allows you to buy certain upgrades that affect the next cache clear.
- Currency is back-ported to existing saves
- Now holding the mouse down on Open Tabs triggers it at a 0.15s interval
- Now holding the mouse down on tabs closes them (due to a shortcoming of the Godot engine, you may need to wiggle the mouse back and forth to properly trigger the close command on tabs as they come under the mouse)
- Tweaked Ads
- Now closing Ads award you 60 cookies, if closed via X, or 5 tabs and 5 cookies, if the body of the ad itself is clicked.
- Now have a frequency of 0.15% chance per second
- Can be upgraded with new 'Dodgy Browser' upgrade to 1.05%
- Increased reward for AdFarmer to 200
- Now cache clear progress bar features a percentage, and the requirement viewable with a mouse hover
- Bumping backend max tab count to 50 million
- Some minor bug fixes along the way
