Another small fix patch

- Fixing performance blip when starting a cache clear with 'Session Restore' and a lot of RAM
- Fix for occasional miscounted RAM due to Ad windows counting as closed twice
- Fixing unintended cap on amount of tabs opened with 'Open Tabs' when opening Tab Groups, this should significantly increase the strength of Open Tabs button late game.
